History and Examination
In order to determine if Chiropractic care in our office can help you reach your health goals, you will talk to the doctor about your overall health, lifestyle and other health concerns.
At your first visit, we’ll perform our advanced INSiGHT Scans to get a clear picture of how your nervous system is functioning. These non-invasive scans help us measure stress, tension, and adaptability within the nervous system, allowing us to see patterns that may not be visible during a traditional examination.
The scans include Heart Rate Variability (HRV), NeuroThermal, and (when age-appropriate) Surface EMG. Together, they provide valuable insight into how well your body is regulating and responding to stress.
These findings help our doctors create a care plan tailored specifically to you or your child and allow us to track progress throughout care—not just how you feel, but how your nervous system is changing over time.
X-ray Studies
Your specific condition may require us to order x-rays to either rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective care plan for you. We will discuss this with you if necessary.

After your consultation and examination, your doctor will provide a gentle, neurologically-focused chiropractic adjustment tailored to your specific needs. Our approach is designed to support communication between the brain and body, helping your nervous system better adapt, regulate, and function.
Every adjustment is personalized based on your age, history, and nervous system patterns—whether you’re bringing in a newborn, child, or seeking care for yourself.
Home Instructions
Prior to leaving, patients will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.
Schedule Your Next Appointment
You will be given a convenient appointment time for your follow-up visit. Generally speaking, patients are seen within 1-2 days and are provided with a complete review of findings. Care options for you will also be discussed during this time.
